Stuck with a lot of documents from the past (scanned pages stored in PDF), not finding
a suitable document management system I developed my own file management system.
With it, you can manage metadata (keywords / tags) for local files, and bookmarks
to websites. Since the tool was developed as a leisure activity
you can use it at no charge.
- Tested on Windows XP Professional and XP Professional x64
